It's becoming increasingly clear to me that defining Groups is a central task in ACS that is currently very poorly documented. (When do you define them? Why? Which modules require them?) I volunteer to take on this documentation task as soon as I finish writing the spec for the proposed usability testing module (which should be done with a week or so).
