*to give a name of an upload is important, if not entered should put the name of file, therefore, the name of the upload should be shown bigger than original filename (but this will be always a confusion for a lot of users, so better to have the ability to turn off/on to show both at the same time).
*version is important, but most of the time misleading to casual users (not advanced ones), then I suggest a parameter to just show the last one, or turn on the versioning UI for advanced users.
