I'm using ticket tracker on OACS 4.5. Adding a ticket is a bit slow,
from 30 sec to a minute on my server. On my laptop (same install,
less power) it's even a bit unreliable. I just wanted to check if
this was normal.  Has anyone been able to speed this up?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make things appear
quicker, like redirecting back to the index even if the procedures
aren't done yet?
