It's SCORM compliant in the sense as stated in this thread dotLRN and standards
We have internal specs but nothing ready to post to the community. We've developed this to 'scratch our itch' and will have to figure out what/how to roll it back into dotLRN so that it serves the general community (after we've launched :)
