I'll restate. The NN4 problems are resolved if you use the html and css from this OpenACS.org page example:

Try it. The one I posted above works fine, too, but this version works for everything that I have access to.. Mac, Linux, Windows... NN6, NN4, IE5.5, IE5 it even works for lynx!
OpenACS.org now can have a consistent look... Please someone use it... I don't have time to contribute more, but I'd hate to see these hours unnecessarily wasted
