I added instance_name to packages/acs-tcl/tcl/site-nodes-procs* and request-procssor-procs.tcl yesterday (I think).

request-processor-procs.tcl 1.20

site-nodes-procs.tcl 1.16

-postgresql.xql 1.17

-oracle.xql 1.11

Not tested on Oracle, though. Could that be the problem?
