I'm very sorry I didn't make that clearer. I thought it was implied when I posted the proposal, but apparently it was not: OF is definitely proposing to put development power behind this. We'd *like* to work with the rest of the community who's interested and who's already working on packaging, but certainly we meant this as something we would take the lead on.
