Version 2.0.1 (Beta) of the Magicsplat Tcl/Tk 9.0b3 for Windows binary 
distribution is released. Includes a limited number of packages that

(BWidget, tclws) are still pending...

The text "Tcl 9.0b2" is present in the introduction.

Is the 9.0 migration helper also included?

The migration helper is not present. As development is ongoing, I would 
prefer people download it separately.
