  • Leadership team memberships and meetings
    • We will try to make sure the leadership meetings don't get too technical
    • Memberships are not for technical people / programmers only
    • We will review the charter for revisions by next meeting (https://openacs.org/xowiki/%2eLRN_Governance)
  • IMS-LD
    • IMS-LD will be included in .LRN
    • Jose Pablo will branch the package onto 5.3
    • Jose will zenify the package once it's been branched
    • Jose and UNED will test the package for accessibility
    • Victor is testing the package for performance
    • If everything is successful, the package will be released in 2.3.1
  • Next release (2.3.1)
    • There are some accessibility issues with forms. Emmanuelle will check with her colleague regarding these issues and relay them to Mark and Avni.
    • Carl is going to get the Chilean usability report and focus on getting the suggestions from that in 2.3.1
    • Carl is going to work on access keys
    • Don is going to check with Malte with notifications improvements and determine if Malte has time to get it done for 2.3.1
    • Release Management -
      • Don will merge 2.3.0 (probably this weekend) as part of his 2.3.0 work.
      • We need a release manager for 2.3.1 - Carl will check on funding
      • .LRN 2.3.1 will use OACS 5.3.2 release
  • Merges:
    • Don will merge acs-core first, run tests and make sure they all work
    • After that, he will do dotlrn
  • LORS oracle port - we didn't get to this.
  • Administrative
    • Let's stick with the agenda for meetings so they can be short and sweet (efficient - maximum of 45 minutes)
  • Don offered to write next week's meeting minutes.

Hi all,

Regarding IMS-LD, the package requires assessment and lorsm to be installed. Asessment is included in the .LRN release, but what about lorsm? will it also bee included? could that be a problem for including IMS-LD?

I'm sorry I didn't noticed this before.

José Pablo,

Both Assessment and LORSM are included in dotLRN (and their dependencies too of course).

dotLRN releases include packages from acs-core, dotlrn-all and dotlrn-extras CVS aliases.
