Forum OpenACS Q&A: webdav - is there an easy way to register folders after the fact?

Hi all,

My upgrade to 5.2 appears to be mostly successful. My big problem at the moment is file-storage and webdav. I ended up with a goofed up oacs-dav install (I think it was broken in my original 5.0 install) that wasn't corrected by upgrading to 1.0b5. I ended up (since it was my test server anyway, so why not!) removing oacs-dav, which removed file storage in the process. I installed oacs-dav, then realized that file-storage was gone, and re-installed it.

Oddly, this worked better than might have been expected. (All my file folders are still there and have files in them.) My only problem is that webdav-support doesn't seem to know about the old folders, so I can't enable it for them. If I create a new folder, I can enable webdav on it, and that works fine, but I don't see my old folders in the list at /webdav-support.

Any thoughts on how to get a whole pile of folders to show up on the /webdav-support page?
