I've created another thread, called "Announcing Project/Open" in ACS Development. I think it would be a great idea to continue the discussion there.
Actually, I created two threads (fuck, I think I'm getting old...). I've marked one of the threads as invalid. It would be great if somebody with admin permissions could delete it to avoid confusion.
Dave, I'm still developing with ACS 3.4.8 and I have to admit that I'm not familiar with the current OACS permission model. My permissions forms a matrix between user profiles (managers, project managers, employees, accountants, freelancers, clients, ...) and permission to modify business object such as view_freelancers, edit_freelancers, add_freelancers.
