Hi Dave,
I'm still developing with ACS 3.4.8 and I have to admit that I'm not familiar with the current OACS permission model. My permissions forms a matrix between user profiles (managers, project managers, employees, accountants, freelancers, clients, ...) and permission to modify business object such as view_freelancers, edit_freelancers, add_freelancers.
