Forum .LRN Q&A: Sloan-Theme (key missing)

when I go to the administration link for "new portal" I get a list of available themes but also this message:

MESSAGE KEY MISSING: 'new-portal.sloan_theme_name' - MESSAGE KEY MISSING: 'new-portal.sloan_theme_description'

Any idea what that means?
