Is Postgres compiling and working on Win2k?

I can't find any information about this at the postgres site.

Look at the ftp sites... there's a directory called NT_Support_Files with CygWin32. Basically you need CygWin installed and then install Postgresql. This file should have some README or INSTALL to help you.
