What are the time estimates for the two tasks? Who is working on them now? It seems like if we are going to make a decision it should be framed in terms of 5.0 now vs 5.0 in one week with translations or two weeks with both or something like that.

Also, if it's a resource constraint can we solicit some volunteers for just those tasks?
