There seems to be a problem with the cvs co. I am getting aborted on openacs-4 .... many files and it appears that it is only trying to import acs-lang.
Here is my cvs commandline
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:jong@openacs.org:/cvsroot co -d openacs-5-0-0 -r openacs-5-0-0-final acs-core
