I have a new installation of .LRN 2.02 that seems to be functioning well, but the FAQ functionality seems to be broken. I can create new FAQ's easy enough, but when I try to add a new Q&A into the FAQ, the Create Q&A button does nothing.

An error appears in the error.log file for the site stating:

[27/Mar/2004:09:09:58][3543.1094695872][] Warning: template::form::check_elements: MISSING FORMWIDGET: term_form:term_form:formbutton:ok

I suspect that has something to do with the problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

The ad_form is missing the okay button, or doing it by itself.

You'll either need to file it as a bug, or add in the template item yourself.

I really wish I had enough experience and knowledge to be able to understand that response. Thank you for your attempt to help.

What is an ad_form?

How would I go about adding in a template item myself?

Sorry, I wasn't sure what your background was, so I used a lot of jargon.

I would file this as a bug.
