The ad_user_new proc has the -deprecated flag, but it does not say what is replacing it. What should we use instead?

auth::create_user

authentication has changed a lot from 4.x / 5.x

James, could you supply a patch for the ad_user_new proc that includes this documentation? This should be in the docs.
