For reasons I can go into if people want to hear them, I want to set the NLS_LANG environment variable from within OpenACS. I don't want to set it in the OS before AOLserver starts. I know I can do it using "ns_env set". My question is where should I do this? I guess it needs to be set before AOLserver loads the Oracle driver. Maybe bootstrap.tcl?
