However, the valuations of companies that build "web
application frameworks" are in the toilet right now, so
maybe you don't want to describe OACS as an application
framework, if you are writing marketing literature. It might
be better to describe it as "a way to save your business
hundreds of thousands of dollars in software licensing fees."
