Joel has done a lot of work to improve the coordination of the volunteer translators on the official translation server
http://translate.openacs.org/ , especially providing a column in the message string list that identifies the last author and date, and establishing per-locale mailing lists, and a lot of work has been done to make syncing easier.
The question remains, which packages should be installed on the official server and which ones should be counted in the upper right corner ("2569 DONE").
My suggestion is: after the useful maturity levels of dotLRN "compatible" and dotLRN "certified" are introduced in http://dotlrn.org/features/, all "compatible" features should be installed, and all "certified" ones should be counted. What do you think?
