hi..i'm newbie in this kinda thing..
i got this problem....whenever i try to acces my page
(openACS+Tcl+postgres+etc..)..the konqueror got crash...
does anyone know why?

I use konqueror all the time without a problem. does it crash on a
specific page on your site? Does the page have any plugins (swf or
java)?

I've seen konqueror crash on pages with plugins but never on a
straight html page which is what all the stock openacs pages should
be.
