I recently uploaded 2 zip files containing the dotLRN Manual User's Guide, if you have any comments about the manual, please let me know so I can improve the content

Jose, this is excellent work. Maybe we should add the user manual to the /doc directory of the dotlrn package as well, making it available more broadly.

Could it be that the file-storage of openacs is not linked anywhere right from http://openacs.org?

There are many interesting things that IMHO should be linked to from the homepage of OACS.
