Though I am using the latest available DotLRN LORS Management shows a lot of missing keys.

I assume you are not using the English version of LORS.

You can use the translation interface to add those missing keys in your language by using the following URL on your site (as site wide admin): /acs-lang/admin/

To get your additions into LORS proper two things have to happen

1. It has to be installed on the translation server (if it isn't already)

2. You have to add your translations there so they are included in future releases.
