I've also noticed the exact log entry is:
[19281.3074333616][-sched] Fatal: received fatal signal 11
What do the numbers mean and is it a scheduled proc or something causing the bother?
Also, we have a failover server which automatically restores a backup from the live server and this has also broken today with the same error so I'm assuming it's some sort of data problem?
