Sorry for a dumb question, but where can I set up the name for a
mailserver to be used by OACS4 instance?  It does not seem to be under
ACS Kernel parameters, nor in Main Site parameters...

You set it up in your nsd.tcl file, not OACS, since ns_sendmail is part of the core AOLserver API.

in your ns/parameters section set "mailhost" to the smtp server's IP. It defaults to port 25.
