If there are errors in the log, be sure to fix them. Depending on the nature of the error(s), they may be adding to the instability of the server.
Regarding the previously discussed error, perhaps this is the first case of two users with same email address requesting notification of the same item? Anyway, the modification is not complete so long as that bug exists.
