is it possible to enable more than 1 admin to handle da cockpit? and how?

Maybe, you want to add another dotLRN-admin at
http://magerl.info/dotlrn/admin/dotlrn-admins

or, if you want to grant users site-wide-admin rights (hope you trust them 😊 ), go to
http://magerl.info/dotlrn/admin/users
Search the user you want to grant such rights and toggle "Site-wide Admin" to "Yes".
