Well David, this features of moderated chats the module already has (in openacs 3.2.x it still has some bugs that i've already fixed), the original and the jchat, but I still have some trouble with it in the backport, I mean, it works fine but I wanted to be able to moderate a chat room in java and HTML versions, if I can't go through this I'll enable just to be able to moderate a chat room in java version. But yes, the chat has a moderated feature.
