I can't seem to find any.

I also can't figure out how to add a customer.

Any pointers?

To use customers the organization package has to be installed. Then PM can try to figure out where to use it. Once it has found it, a link appears to add a customer. And no, to my knowledge there does not exist a public documentation yet, but I would be totally surprised if Jade/Alex did not write one for their company (and we need to write one in German soon, though for the HEAD version, which differs, and only for the parts we need).

It turns out that it was already installed, but it hadn't been mounted.

I do have some documentation that has been written up on my local installation but it is just too specific to our company to be of much use to anyone else. Perhaps when 3.1 gets released we can start on some documentation. I'll try and at least get an installation manual written that covers the basics.
