Various users have complained heavily about the fact that clicking on the ICON in the folder view gives a different result than clicking on the file. I removed the link behind the Icon and added the download functionality in a new link called "Download". This Link also allows for downloading of folders.
If you are unhappy with this, come up with a better idea and implement it. This is on OACS 5.2 as of now.
