Is XOTcl going to be required?
If so, it needs the core needs to be renamed, as it isn't sourced until after most packages.

Jon,

OpenACS 5.3 should contain the code to correctly load xotcl-core in the right order. It won't be required until then. That code is on HEAD. Otherwisde you can apply a patch to earlier versions of openacs
