Aloha!

Here's my error log file:

I'm trying to install OpenACS following the "Complete installation" walkthrough ( https://openacs.org/doc/current/complete-install.html ) and it seems to be stuck nearly at the beginning, failing on a latter postgresql error. Please note that I'm not used to this software yet.

AOLserver v. 4.0.10
OpenACS v. 5.2.3rc1
Postgresql v. 8.1.3

Any tip?

I couldnt see your log file, but I noticed your using
PG 8.1.3. Openacs 5.2.x is not compatible with postgresql 8.1.x.

Please try with postgresql 8.0.x or 7.4.x. Take a look
to the Version Compatibility Matrix at Preriquisite Software

Just downgraded to postgresql 8.0.7, and it now works fine.
