I just noticed that in the docs:
https://openacs.org/doc/openacs-5-2/aolserver4.html

the cvs checkout for aolserver is:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:mailto:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/aolserver co ...

that doesn't work, instead of:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:mailto:anonymous@aolserver.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/aolserver co ...
(which works fine)

Am I the only one getting this problem?
If not, I might change the docs soon.

Rocael, i had the same problem today when i tried to download nsoracle from sourceforge cvs.

Now you pointed the new hostname for cvs services i found this post at sourceforge.net:

"On 2006-05-12 the replacement CVS infrastructure was put into place and enabled for general use, following the critical CVS failures in the previous infrastructure in the preceding weeks.

...

Summary of Changes:
1. Hostname for CVS service

Old: cvs.sourceforge.net

New: PROJECT_UNIX_NAME.cvs.sourceforge.net

..."

is on cvs now... maybe dave can update that file for openacs.org/?????????????????
