I have a corporate customer that uses one of the power point -> SCORM programs and then we upload the SCORM files to LORS.
The staff at the company seemed to have no problem creating professional looking courses without outside assistance.
The only downside is the program (Articulate) creates an IE only SCORM package. As this is a corporate client and they mandate the use of IE this is not an issue for them. Perhaps other PP->SCORM programs do not have this problem.
