I created an AOLserver download package, which installs all the goodies that are needed to get background delivery to work on 4.5.

You can find the package at http://www.cognovis.de/aolserver45-oacs.tar.bz2. Download, unpack and run the included install.sh to get a great new AOLserver 4.5 on your system.

Alternatively go to /xowiki/aolserver45

not so long ago I opened a thread talking about that.
I was trying to install HEAD on pg8.1, aolserver4.5.
