Forum OpenACS Q&A: Trouble creating second bboard forum

Hi, I'm working on installing 4.5 for my co-workers to use as an intranet. Installation went very smoothly and I was able to create the first bulletin board forum without incident. However, on the second attempt I received the following error message. Any idea!?

Could you turn debug on in your aolserver config and post the query with the db bind vars?
