I'm looking for a list of the bugs fixed / features added in OpenACS 4.6, and have found the following relevant threads:

OpenACS 4.6 Project Status
4.6 Release Checklist

Is the status page comprehensive?

Is there anything more detailed, with a listing of the specific bugs fixed and more info about new features?

https://openacs.org/sdm/one-package-release.tcl?package_id=9&release_id=57 has a list of all bugs and features which were tagged as fixed for 4.6 although not everything that got added or fixed was ticketed so it is not comprehensive. In particular, modules have been added which do not show up in either place...
