1. accessibility and color contrast
- Reports on accessibility and color contrast have been done. The very few issues will be fixed.
- A report on color contrast for HC is needed (UNED). -Sent to honchos-

- this release will use the existing layout picker without JS
- order of importance of the portlets, horizontal (left to right) vs vertical (by columns): probably not for this release
3. Questions
- About contrast:
The normal theme has to pass the contrast tests level 2 and the HC one level 3.
The required contrast ratios are (WCAG 2.0 draft):
Level 1: (No level 1 success criteria for this guideline.)
Level 2: at least 5:1
Level 3: at least 10:1
- Forms:
Must be tableless.
A div-based one is acs-templating/resources/forms/accesible-forms.adp. It needs a CSS.
The table-based one is acs-templating/resources/forms/standard.adp (the default), and its CSS acs-templating/www/resources/forms.css.
4. next steps
- packages HTML clean-up:
Set a list of packages, ordered by priority, in wiki (Emma, UNED) then co-ordinate who does which package.
Cleaned calendar (Dave): will be merged after testing on staging server
