I've just compiled version 1.1 (30th of January 2007) of Win32-OpenACS: an actual native Win32 port (no Cygwin, no VMware) of OpenACS.
This version of Win32-OpenACS port consists of the following components:
1. aolserver-5.4.0
2. tcl-8.4.14
3. tDom-0.8.0
4. postgresql-8.2.1-1
5. openacs-5.3.0
