It seems that the rss package is not outputting the correct rss.
If you look at http://jongriffin.com/blog/?rss=10d you will see that not only does it not show new articles, my.yahoo.com and others don't see this as correct.
I get an invalid url.
It also doesn't give the correct title instead giving object id as the title.

This stuff is important for gaining google page rank etc.

Jon,

not the rss package of OpenACS was broken, but the xowiki's rss implementation. I did some collateral damage by rewriting it in yesterday's release. I rewrote it to make it subclass-able, a podcast feed is effectively a specialized RSS. Should be fixed in CVS head.

I have the same problem. http://www.villagetalk.net/lars-blogger/rss/rss.xml and have not installed XOwiki so it looks like something else goes wrong.
