I just want to applaud you for taking this on. I'm really happy to see you on the documentation team.
Only thing I'd add is PG 7.3 and perhaps Oracle 9i for the 4.6 version, though I'm not sure what the level of support currently is for PG 7.3 (I now it's non-existent for Oracle 9i, but Mohan's working on it.)
