1. Spring Conference -
a. Carl needs to verify that mailto:conference@dotlrn.org is set up and all committee members are on this list.
Committee members should use mailto:honchos@dotlrn.org until the conference email is set up.
b. Abstract, Paper Submission Process
We discussed proposal abstract length (at length). The consensus was -
The program committee needs to make the submission process and requirements clear for abstracts, acceptance, papers for archival purposes and/or talks. The requirements concerning the length of abstracts (250 words, 2 pages, minimum 250 words, etc..), and other conference topics will continue to be discussed via email.
c. The abstract submission deadline has been moved to April 9.
d. Olga will announce the deadline change on the dotlrn and general openacs forums.
2. ZEN -
a. Don will prepare a release this Saturday.
b. The best way for people to help is to continue cleaning up pages.
Coordinate with Emmanuelle regarding which pages to clean first
c. Morales will try to test on Oracle on Sunday.
3. Morals will do next week's minutes :)
