By the way. I tried to submit the previous bug report using BugTracker but it gave me an error.

Did it say what error, or was it just an "internal server error"?

It didn't say what error. It was OpenACS generated since it said that the error was logged in the database. It didn't have all the logs that usually appear in error pages.
