You can install project manager from /contrib. See the FAQ if you've downloaded the entire OpenACS tarball, and want to install from the /contrib directory. You can also install from the Remote Repository install.
You can browse the code from the
CVS browserIf you're a developer on project-manager, remember Engineering standards, which might be out of date(?) Project-manager is developed on the latest release branch (currently oacs-5-1), and then tagged with openacs-5-1-compat or the like after some testing has been done on each version.
