db_1row [ -subst subst ] [ args... ]
Defined in packages/acs-tcl/tcl/01-database-procs.tcl
A wrapper for db_0or1row, which produces an error if no rows are returned.

- -subst (optional, defaults to
"all")- Returns:
- 1 if variables are set, otherwise an exception is thrown.
