xmlrpc::create_context context value
Defined in packages/xml-rpc/tcl/xml-rpc-procs.tcl
Return the value wrapped in appropriate context tags. If context is a list of items, then the result will be wrapped in multiple tags. Example:
xmlrpc::create_context {param value} 78 returns ==> "78 "
