 xowiki::Package get_url_from_id [ -item_id item_id ] \
    [ -revision_id revision_id ]

Defined in /var/www/openacs.org/packages/xowiki/tcl/package-procs.tcl

Get the full URL from a page in situations, where the context is not set up.

Switches:

-item_id (optional, defaults to "0")

-revision_id (optional, defaults to "0")
