Is there a guide to upgrade oacs from version 4.6.2 to 4.6.3?

I installed 4.6.2 by downloading it directly. Now I've installed CVS but still don't know anything about it. (I haven't created a repository).

1/ Is the best way to upgrade still CVS?
2/ Is there a guide to get going with CVS for OACS?

Grab the tarball.  If you haven't customized packages you should be able to:

1. backup files and database
2. stop AOLserver
3. untar 4.6.3
4. start AOLserver
5. login and visit the package manager
6. select "install packages"
7. check all boxes for packages marked "upgrade"
8. let the package manager do its thing
