In order to get ready for 5.0, photo-album (like many other packages) would need to get i18nized. I could start working on that but there's one problem: the package lies already on head and as soon as I'd begin hacking it, we would lose the compatibility with OpenACS 4.6.
That's of course not acceptable, so I'd be interested to hear the "best practices" we should obey here. I guess the normal approach would be to move the current version to 4.6 and to start doing the i18n work on head. But is it what we want to do here?
